Shipping informations

The products ordered on the site can only be delivered to European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Canary Islands excluded), Hungary.

The delivery of spare parts and accessories will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer at the time of registration. 
Shipments are usually traceable through carriers' websites or other means of communication. Upon receipt and delivery of the products, the buyer is required to check: that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the consignment note; that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the products, or mismatch in the number of packages or instructions must be immediately reported in writing on the carrier's/shipper's consignment note, scrupulously indicating and noting the reasons for conditional acceptance.

The delivery of the machines will be carried out by the local Carpigiani authorized dealer. Carpigiani will send the customer's references to the dealer to inform him of delivery location and preferences.

The choice of method of payment may affect the timing of the issuance of the order confirmation and thus the handling of the shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, its availability, and buyer's geographic location within the territory. Once the payment of the price has been received through the permitted means and the order confirmation has been issued, the seller will arrange the shipment of the ordered product, on the first working day in Italy (monday to friday). Shipment will be coordinated directly by Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. using its authorized carrier and/or by any of its authorized distributors and delivered directly to the address indicated by buyer.

Check the status of your order using the tracking number you received from the carrier. If you have not received your order yet, there may be a delay in shipping. If you encounter further problems, fill in the form you find in the Contact Us area, inserting into the subject line ''Orders and shipments''.

Price, payments and billing

All product prices shown on the Website include standard packaging costs. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payments must be made in euro (EUR), by bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the website using the information therein.
Payments must be accurate and exact, without rounding off of any kind. Receipt of incomplete or inaccurate payment will not allow the seller to process the order, causing delays in shipment of the ordered products or activation of the requested services.

Subsequent to the receipt of payment, within the terms prescribed by law, the seller shall issue a regular invoice in accordance with the provisions in force from time to time in the territory. Payments must be accurate and exact, without rounding off of any kind. In the case of payment by bank transfer, or other instruments indicated on the website, payment must be made at the same time as sending the order proposal, or it will be impossible to fulfill it and send the corresponding order confirmation, pursuant to the foregoing. If payment is made by bank transfer, the buyer must indicate the "SWIFT" and "IBAN" codes in the order form, specifying as the reason for payment at least the following details: number of the order proposal - date of the order proposal  - customer code. A copy of the receipt relating to the bank transfer order may also be forwarded to the seller by e-mail, to the following address: eshop-carpigiani@antherica.com, in order to expedite the process of fulfilling the order proposal. The processing and crediting time of a wire transfer can take up to 5 (five) business days from its execution date. This time frame shall be taken into account by the buyer for the purpose of shipping the products. 
In case of payment by bank transfer, failure to receive the credit within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the order proposal will result in the automatic cancellation of the same with automatic forfeiture and deletion of the order proposal. 
All costs and expenses (including any bank fees) associated with the wire transfer and as may be charged to buyer from time to time by its bank shall remain the sole responsibility of buyer.

If the payment was not successful, we advise you to contact your bank to rule out any problem with your card or account. If the problem persists and/or is not related to your bank or card, try again to make a new payment, making sure to enter your details correctly. If you need more assistance, still having problems, contact our customer service.

For italian customers, courtesy invoices (not having any fiscal value) will be sent by the seller via e-mail and uploaded in copy to the respective personal area accessible through the website. Instead, invoices having fiscal value will be automatically delivered to the relevant online tax file identifiable by VAT number and recipient code. For foreign customers, invoices (having fiscal value) will be sent by the seller both via e-mail and uploaded in copy to the respective personal area accessible through the Website.

Orders and returns

The purchaser can view his/her orders by accessing his/her reserved area.
In the section called ''Orders'' it will be possible to see all purchases made through the site. There is the possibility of sending reports related to each order, in case of issues and/or particular needs.

Having discovered an evident fault or a latent fault in accordance with the above provisions, and within the terms indicated above, needing to make a return with replacement of the defective item at the request of the buyer, Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. will operate according to the following procedure, depending on whether the item is a machine or consumable/accessory. Upon receipt of the buyer's communication with evidence and resulting documentation (photos, videos, etc.), within the next 10 (ten) working days, Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. shall send its own trusted technician to the site in order to ascertain the existence or non-existence of the defect found in the machine assumed to be defective, trying to repair and/or rectify it. Should the intervention be unsuccessful, the technician will activate the procedure of withdrawal and replacement of the machine in agreement with Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. 

Having discovered an evident fault or a latent fault in accordance with the above provisions, and within the terms indicated above, needing to make a return with replacement of the defective item at the request of the buyer, Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. will operate according to the following procedure, depending on whether the item is a machine or consumable/accessory.
Upon receipt of the buyer's communication with evidence and supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.), within the next 10 (ten) working days, Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l. will examine the buyer's request, if necessary providing directly the latter the instructions for the return and replacement of the component assumed to be defective.

 

Other

The promotional code is a code offered by Carpigiani. To use the promotional code, at the time of checkout enter the code in the appropriate area in the order summary, click "Apply" and proceed with payment. The promotional code can only be used once, for a single order, and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional initiatives.

Account and password

To register and finalize a purchase you have to:

- Being a professional operator;
- Being the holder of a European VAT number, qualified for cross-border transactions, linked to a company or firm located in a state located within the Territory*, where the ordered goods must necessarily also be delivered;
- Being a tax resident in one of the countries that is part of the Territory* and request delivery of the ordered goods to one of them;
- Having an e-mail address and a cell phone account, enabled to receive SMS;
- Having a personal computer or tablet equipped with antivirus software;
- Knowing and understanding Italian or English;
- Being in possession of a bank account or credit card or other accepted methods of payment in euro currency (EUR)

During the registration process you will also be asked to indicate your company name or business name, along with other identifying information for the purpose of issuing a customer code.

During the registration process, you will also be instructed on methods for recovering your password if necessary, resetting it, using your user name (i.e., the e-mail address used during registration). For security reasons, during registration, the system may require you to set and answer some security questions designed to facilitate password recovery. In the website access box, so-called Log-in frame, you will find a special command aimed at recovering the forgotten password: click it and you will receive a dedicated e-mail message to the e-mail address given during registration, containing a link that will allow you to set a new password. If the reset procedure is unsuccessful, or you experience other problems with the operation of the Website or browsing anomalies, you may contact our customer service department in the manner indicated in the same dedicated e-mail message. In case of loss of your user name, Carpigiani Group - Ali Group S.r.l., having obtained the necessary information and carried out the appropriate verifications, will evaluate at its discretion the possibility of activating a new registration, attributing new credentials to the user.
